Come join us for a great workout! Water aerobics is an excellent, low impact exercise that yields weight loss, stronger muscles and healthy bones. It is beneficial for all men and women, no matter the age or size.
Participants enjoy listening to upbeat music while working out with our very own water weights, resistance gloves, and kick boards. With a standard hour workout, our participants lose 400/500 calories.
Water Aerobics Times
**Fit one Members are allowed to come and participate in Water Aerobics however, upon completion of the class they are NOT allowed to layout at the pool or to open swim, or lap swim (see hours for designated lap swim times for Fit-One Members). They MUST leave following the Water Aerobics class or pay $5 to be allowed to stay after the class. The class ends at 12noon.
